Client: SPRIGS

Sprig’s mission is to enhance your life by melding style and function into products of unique design...Designing the future of apparel accessories for travelers, athletes, and all adventurers alike. I collaborate with the Sprigs team to refine product concepts and to move new ideas through the development pipeline. Play-Doh, scissors, and a sketch pad are always on hand for meetings.

Project: BAND-IT™

Sprigs licensed the BAND-IT™, an innovative product concept. I helped refine the item for production; resolving issues by utilizing in-stock fabrications and factory specific manufacturing techniques. Comments on counter samples and design tweaks for One Size Fits Most sizing were necessary before getting it just right. These were a hit on QVC and have continued for several season...more designs to come!

Project: BLITZ PRINT ARMBANDS + WRIST WALLETS

Melange prints, inspired by yarn dye knit designs have been trending for a long while, becoming a historical marker of today's textile design. Sprigs asked me to find a follow up to this easy to wear design. Extensive market research resulted in the licensing of a black and white static print which I manipulated and engineered. The result is the best selling ombre melange Blitz design.

Project: Sunset print design WORK IN PROGRESS —

My grandmother's heart shaped necklace was the inspiration for a tropical print featured on the Sprig's Water Resistant Banjee Wrist Wallet. I handed rough art over to the Sprig's art department resulting in a refreshing design.

Project: SPRIGS ARMBAND ORIGINAL + 2.0 DEVELOPMENT

The armband was one of my first projects at Sprigs, I traveled to Hong Kong and China to refine this piece. The project had stalled out after a few years of development iterations, reviewing previous incarnations and minimizing the design details resulted in a best selling product.
